I am passionate about people flourishing in their professional and personal lives. Supervision is ‘the’ place where you can discover new transformational insights about your work situation and self. My practice is creative, collaborative, supportive and reflective and what you ‘choose to explore’ will be treated with respect. I bring experience from Corporate and Luxury Sales, 17 years as Chaplain to sports communities, LGBTQA, industry and the health sector, also, more than 35 years of Church  leadership, pastoral care, children's programs and am an Ordained Minister. I gained lived experiential insight from these roles; how a person’s work-role can create attitudes and questions; inducing both positive and negative feelings such as ‘being alone and unsupported’ to ‘being recognised and acclaimed’. Qualifications: Grad Dip Th; Grad Dip Couns; Grad Cert Professional Supervision (Pastoral); 4 units of CPE. Professional Membership: AAOS. Leanne has 20 years' experience in hospital chaplaincy. As well as ten years' experience with Clinical Pastoral Education as a Supervisor. Leanne is passionate in providing a safe space where learning and reflection can take place. 

Master of Ministry (incorporating the Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision (pastoral), CSU School of Theology; and including a Guided Research Project in adapting supervision to the individuals personality). Supervision is offered in-person, by Zoom, and group.  

Susan Stephenson: Psychologist, Supervisor, Supervisor Trainer, Lecturer. Susan is a highly respected Psychologist with 30 years’ experience as a Counselling clinician in private practice. She provides supervision to a wide variety of psychologists, clinical and pastoral counsellors and social workers, as well as training others to be supervisors. Susan began her training as a supervisor in Emotionally Focused Therapy in 1994 and completed the Psychology Board of Australia’s Approved Supervision training in 2014. Currently she lectures in the Master of Counselling at Excelsia College and supervises student interns in their Practicums. An experienced Clinician, she specializes in mental health well-being, recovery from psychological trauma and childhood abuse, relationships and managing anxiety and depression. As a supervisor Susan draws on self-reflective practice, creative and expressive approaches and is particularly interested in how the personal experience of the health practitioner helps or hinders their work with clients.

I have a Master of Arts in Chaplaincy and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision (Pastoral). I have had many years experience in pastoral ministry as an assistant minister and in the training of people for pastoral ministry as the Principal of Mary Andrews College. I provide a safe space for you to explore your ministry. I provide supervision in the City or Fairfield

My passion and my interest is in supervision and how best to work with supervisees so that the client also benefits. I work with an existential lens which is inclusive of other modalities and theories.
