I work as a Counsellor and Pastoral Care Worker in my local community and provide Professional Supervision for Pastoral Care / Ministry Workers from both church and service based organisations.

I am a member of Transforming Practices. I offer Supervision at Bathurst and by Skype. Other places in Sydney by negotiation.

Supervision provides the opportunity to reflect on your pastoral practice, to develop insights into your ministry and greater self-awareness of the impact of that ministry on your sense of call and identity. It also enables you to reflect on the social and cultural context in which you work and to reflect theologically on your practice. Supervision helps you to reflect on your ministry, and discover more about yourself and others with whom you work. You can set your own learning goals and focus on what you want to learn, and reflect on the impact of challenges and joys. Supervision enables greater insight and effectiveness, greater understanding of your role and growth in spiritual and pastoral identity. This is done in a non-judgemental atmosphere and is a form of transformative learning.

I am a trained pastoral supervisor through Transformative Practices. I have my a Bachelor of Ministry, CPE qualifications, and Master of Arts Sydney University. I have worked in a church ministry setting for 16 years and Community Services chaplaincy for 10 years. I delight in journeying with people and offering pastoral supervision in a safe and supportive place to reflect on professional practice, to develop insights into self and to offer an opportunity for transformative learning.

I am a Psychologist in private practice and a trainer in Psychotherapy and Counselling with various institutes. I am an accredited Supervisor for Psychology registration and for ongoing QCA & PACFA membership

 I am a Sydney-based counsellor and clinical supervisor and have been a counselling practitioner since 1996 and supervisor since 2002. I provide clinical supervision both individually and in groups, including supervision on-line. My supervisory experience includes: supervising students on placement, supervising supervisors, role as supervisor coordinator and writing Masters supervision curriculum, delivering supervision training to meet the PACFA training standards and academic supervision (PhD). I have a Bachelor Degree in Science, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, a Masters in Counselling, and a PhD titled ‘The needs of gender variant children and their parents’. I am an avid supporter of the LGBTQ community and provide counselling for: youth & their families regarding gender identity concerns, parents of children with variations in gender expression, adults exploring gender expression and identity and couples where a partner is undergoing a gender transition

My professional life has included Army Engineer (30 years), working throughout south-east Asia with an Australian university and managing World Vision’s ministries in ACT and southern NSW. Having been ordained deacon in 2004, I pastored in Parliament House as Chaplain for 12 years and then mentored ordination candidates in the Anglican Diocese of Canberra and Goulburn. I completed the Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision (Pastoral) through St Mark’s National Theological Centre in 2021. I currently supervise students, clergy and people in chaplaincy roles, notably in the ADF and Police. Supervision is available personally in ACT and surrounds and, using Zoom, nationally.

A clinical supervisor for 25 years, I work with practitioners individually, in groups and as a university supervisor for students on placement. I also supervise supervisors in groups or in individual sessions. I have specialised in working in different modes,working in-person and by phone, Zoom and other platforms. My MRes research was about supervisors' behaviours in different modes and how we change our practice according to the mode remains a fascination for me.
