I have 30+ years experience in the field of family and social services as a social worker, counsellor in the area of marriage and family relationships and recovery from trauma and childhood sexual abuse, and supervisor to counsellors, students and those in pastoral ministry. I am a very experienced professional with a depth and breadth of knowledge and experience. My work in faith based organisations has given me additional experience in the pastoral dimension of social services and a unique social justice perspective. I believe in the ability of people to adapt, change and make choices and so I work from a strengths based perspective and a philosophy of hope. This enables people to discover their own strengths and know what is possible

I offer supervision that provides a safe and supportive place to reflect, evaluate and learn from life, work and/or ministry experiences. Reflective practice is at the center of my supervision practice so to foster learning from one’s experiences, knowledge, and skills, along with creating self-awareness and building resilience, enabling individuals to support themselves personally, spiritually, emotionally, and professionally. I believe it is important to draw out the best in an individual, encourage and empower them to seek and draw out the best in themselves, along with supporting them in their journey. Being a Professional Supervisor, Spiritual Care Practitioner and Adult Educator, I offer support through drawing on my widespread experience in Chaplaincy, Parish Ministry, education systems, healthcare, areas of finance, community, courts and prisons, training and mentoring along with providing professional development to workplace teams. “Supervision interrupts practice. Monica has been a pastoral supervisor for over 15 years. She specialises in supervision of supervisors and supervisors in training, as well as working with pastoral and not for profit leaders. Mon holds an MA, Grad Cert Min, Grad Cert in Prof Supervision and is a Doctoral candidate researching the supervision experience of Australian Ministers. Mon is founder of The Anchorage Collective

Eugene holds qualifications in social work, professional supervision and worship arts and is an accredited member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). He has extensive experience in providing professional supervision to supervisees working a range of human services (child protection, couples and families, disability services) as well as pastoral care. A particular interest is providing thoughtful, trauma-informed supervision to pastors, pastoral carers/coordinators and chaplains on a pro bono basis in the Darling Downs and surrounds. 

Henrita resides on the Sunshine Coast and has had a successful Private Practice for the last 10 years. She completed her Master's degree, and her career in Counselling and Psychotherapy began with a Diploma in Counselling in 2015, Adv Dip Counselling and Family Therapy in 2016, and Grad Dip 2020 Counselling and Integrated Psychotherapy (Spiritual) from AIFC. Her approach is to create a supportive environment that fosters growth and development.
