Accredited by PACFA and AAOS, Juliette is an experienced supervisor and creative arts counsellor with 16 years experience supervising students and professionals. Practical insight from over 20 years therapeutic work, with adults and children in one on one, couples and group sessions, enrich her practice. Fascinated by the experience of uncertainty - what it may hold and lead to - existential, collaborative and multi-modal perspectives inform Juliette's work. Supervision sessions are conducted face to face, individually or in small groups in Maleny, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Also available further afield via phone and Skype.

Dale is a member of AAOS and brings to her role of supervisor a background in vocational education and spiritual direction - both general and in the Ignatian tradition. She holds a Bachelor of Education, a Master’s of Spiritual Direction and a Certificate in Supervision. She is currently the Director of the Spiritual Direction formation program at St Francis College in Brisbane, where she trains both spiritual directors and supervisors. For the past two years she has been co-teaching in St Mark’s Certificate in Professional Supervision (Pastoral) which has been offered in Brisbane. I favour the online format for giving supervision and so am available to people all over Australia, however, for those living in Brisbane I am available for face to face supervision as well.

Jeanette is an experienced music therapist who has worked as a private practice supervisor since 2001. The completion of her PhD in professional supervision where she received the 2013 Dean’s Award for Research Higher Degree Excellence (University of Qld) strengthens Jeanette’s profile as an accomplished researcher in this area. Jeanette’s private practice offers individual and group supervision sessions which may use music improvisation as a creative non-verbal tool. Sessions are conducted face to face or via phone/skype. Jeanette specializes in the areas of pediatrics and neurorehabilitation and offers research supervision for those wishing to expand their understanding and application of research paradigms/methodologies. Jeanette also conducts workshops and seminars for healthcare professionals on the topic of supervision. Jeanette is passionately committed to providing opportunities for empowering experiences within the supervisory relationship/process so that professionals can continue to practice competently, attend to their own self-care and provide optimal benefits to their clients.

After studying to become a Physicist Ian became a Christian and commenced ministry in 1979. After four years with SU in Queensland he became the Director of Scripture Union (ACT). He commenced pastoral ministry in Canberra and continued in Queensland, resigning as Senior Pastor of North Pine Baptist after suffering a stroke. Ian was the Field Education Director for Malyon College for 12 months and a guest lecturer for several years. In 2004 Ian became the founding Director of Alongside Ministries which provides mentoring, crisis care and supervision for pastors. He is an ordained Baptist minister, married with four adult children and a growing number of grandchildren. Ian’s passion is to help pastors and Christian workers to maintain healthy relationships with God, family and all they work with, so their ministry may be fulfilling, fruitful and enduring. He offers supervision via Zoom but is keen to meet personally where possible.

I come to professional supervision from a background of ministry experience in education and pastoral ministry in the Northern Territory, South Australia and Victoria. Throughout most of my ministry I have worked cross- culturally, whether in a declared Disadvantaged School to working as an adult educator in a mentor program for Indigenous leaders in Catholic Schools and in busy Public Hospitals in Darwin and Werribee. My passion is in engaging with people for life-long learning, I particularly enjoy working with metaphor and images. In 2021, I completed studies for the Graduate Diploma in Professional Supervision at the University of Divinity, Melbourne. Professionally I am a Certified Advanced Member of Spiritual Care Australia (retired), a General Member of the Association for Supervised and Clinical Pastoral Education in Victoria Inc. (ASACPEV) and now a Supervisor Member of the Australasian Association of Supervision (AAOS).

With a background in Christian counselling and supervision, my style of supervision is to walk alongside my clients through reflective and safe discussions encouraging restorative and transformative learning. Walking beside enables rejuvenation for one's work and personal calling while developing and maintaining consistency and harmony between beliefs and work practice. The focus during our supervision sessions is on actual ministry situations, experiences, and issues that may be affecting or can affect the quality of one’s ministry. The discussion is balanced with a psychological informed approach and a theological framework that provides safe, thoughtful, and structured reflection and insight.

Ordained to pastoral ministry in 2004, I have served as a pastor, chaplain, celebrant, and musician. I remain in touch with the daily reality of ministry life and am passionate about contributing to the health and well-being of other pastoral leaders in individual, small groups, and organisational settings. As a supervisor I have an understanding of how creative people tend to take up roles and I am open to utilising a range of creative modalities to facilitate inquiry. Located in Geelong, Victoria, I work one to one and in group settings, face to face and online as required.

Deb has worked in Pastoral Ministry in a church setting for over 17 years and is a Mental Health and Community Chaplain in the Wollongong area. She is also the Illawarra Regional Leader for Chaplaincy Australia. Deb has training in Chaplaincy, Coaching, Community Services, Counselling and holds a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision from St Marks National Theological Centre. Deb works as a manager and Pastoral Care worker in her local community and offers Professional Supervision face to face for Chaplains, Pastoral Care / Ministry Workers from both church and community based organisations. Deb is available for appointments in Wollongong and by Skype.
