I come to professional supervision from a background of ministry experience in education and pastoral ministry in the Northern Territory, South Australia and Victoria. Throughout most of my ministry I have worked cross- culturally, whether in a declared Disadvantaged School to working as an adult educator in a mentor program for Indigenous leaders in Catholic Schools and in busy Public Hospitals in Darwin and Werribee.
My passion is in engaging with people for life-long learning, I particularly enjoy working with metaphor and images.
In 2021, I completed studies for the Graduate Diploma in Professional Supervision at the University of Divinity, Melbourne. Professionally I am a Certified Advanced Member of Spiritual Care Australia (retired), a General Member of the Association for Supervised and Clinical Pastoral Education in Victoria Inc. Yvonne Kraemer
Supervisor

With a background in Christian counselling and supervision, my style of supervision is to walk alongside my clients through reflective and safe discussions encouraging restorative and transformative learning. Walking beside enables rejuvenation for one's work and personal calling while developing and maintaining consistency and harmony between beliefs and work practice.
The focus during our supervision sessions is on actual ministry situations, experiences, and issues that may be affecting or can affect the quality of one’s ministry. The discussion is balanced with a psychological informed approach and a theological framework that provides safe, thoughtful, and structured reflection and insight.
