Natalie is a Melbourne, Australia based supervisor, who owns and runs a private practice offering clinical-professional supervision and health industry business mentoring to clients across Australia and internationally. Natalie has a background in both music therapy and mental health, having qualified as a Registered Music Therapist from the University of Queensland in 1999, and with a Masters of Mental Health Science from Monash University in 2015. Natalie has trained in supervision with leaders in the field, such as Margaret Morrell (New Zealand) and Dr Michael Carroll (UK) and has been supervising since 2002. She has worked clinically in mental health, with offenders, in neurorehabilitation and with people with disabilities. Natalie also provides workshops on supervision, stress & burnout, business practices for health professionals and giving effective feedback. Natalie is currently the President-Elect of the Australian Clinical Supervision Association.

Ignacio Jimenez has over 25 years experience as a Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor. For the last ten years he has focused on Clinical Supervision for Mental Health practitioners. He also specialises in individual and couples counselling He has ample experience with expatriates, migrants and refugees undergoing settlement and acculturation processes. Ignacio Jimenez holds a Master of Counselling degree (New York), and an Advanced Certificate in Supervision (Australia). He is a clinical member of PACFA and AAOS.

Ordained Anglican minister with more than thirty years experience in rural and urban settings; single and multi staff ministry teams; advantaged and disadvantaged regions. I am committed to supporting people in a pastoral setting with a view to continue to grow and develop throughout their profession or ministry. Supervision is a wonderful, confidential space in which to reflect on practice. I have supervised ordination candidates since 2003 and currently supervise ministers and other pastoral professionals. I completed the St Marks Graduate Certificate in supervision during 2015.

Sharon is working as a NSW court chaplain since previously serving as a full time hospital chaplain for 16 years at two of Sydney's major hospitals. She has completed her Graduate Certificate in Pastoral supervision as well as a Diploma in Pastoral Counselling. Sharon has supervised a number of volunteer chaplains as well as being involved with training for chaplaincy. She enjoys being there for clients whilst they discover and grow in their practice. Sharon is a Christian and believes that everyone needs to have the opportunity to flourish in life and ministry.
