Len usually supervises those in church and cross-cultural ministry. His own Christian ministry experience has been in a variety of parish, theological education and cross-cultural ministry contexts. He is also trained and works as a ministry coach. He has been part of a team teaching pastoral supervision units for Ridley College and for St Mark’s Canberra.

I greatly value the role of supervision in my own clinical practice, and feel passionate about extending this experience to others. I provide supervision to professionals in a range of disciplines including clinical practitioners, chaplains and clergy. With a commitment to ongoing learning and development, I believe this happens best when we feel supported and encouraged, and I endeavour to create that space in supervision. As well as my experience as a counsellor and supervisor, I have held various roles in senior management and consulting – a combination that is often helpful for my clients.

Sarah is an accredited clinical supervisor with PACFA and AAOS. She holds Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Counselling and has worked in the field since 2001 within the Private, NGO and Tertiary Education sectors. Her extensive experience in the field of counselling, psychotherapy and clinical supervision ranges from working with individuals, couples, families and youth as well as supervising counsellors nationally. Sarah is committed to providing clinical supervision with an emphasis on self-reflection, safety and professional development. She believes that good supervision is essential for the wellbeing of practitioners and therefore the safe and competent practice for clients. She is committed to providing a strengths-based, empowering service for the practitioner in order that they can grow in their professional practice and continue to self-reflect in an honest, supportive environment. Sarah delivers sessions face-to-face in the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas and via zoom nationwide.
