Candy is an experienced Professional Supervisor, Clinical Counsellor and Chaplain with extensive experience within emergency services, healthcare and workplaces. Candy offers supervision to those in the people caring fields from counsellors, chaplains, pastors and leaders. Candy sees supervision as a time to stop; reflecting and refining personal and professional space to rejuvenate. Candy provides individual and group supervision online via a secure platform or in person.

When I get supervision I like to come away feeling excited and positive about my work, surer about where I stand in my organisation, keen to get back to my clients, confident of my next step in ethical practice, expanded by some new knowledge, insight or area of research, or, at the very least, clear that I need to rest. So, that's what I try to offer as a supervisor. We would negotiate how, and about what, we work, and how we'll exchange feedback. I’m fond of creative, kinaesthetic ways of working, and of conversation. I’ve been working since 2000 with children and families in the care system, survivors of SA, people involved in DV, carers, LGBQTI+ community and other people from 4 to 90. I enjoy supervising teams and individuals.

Rob is an experienced minister having served in both the Baptist and Uniting Church denominations, currently working with Uniting Church congregations in areas of mission planning. Rob has also extensive experience in the not for profit sector, including community services, disability, mental health, domestic violence, and justice. He has a graduate certificate in professional supervision, and is focussed on providing supervision to people in Christian ministry, or not for profit organisations. Rob is based in Perth, Western Australia and provides supervision through the Anchorage Collective.

Professional services are offered in Sydney, Canberra and Goulburn. Also by Zoom, Skype and phone. Underpinning my practice is the belief that people’s experiences, particularly those uncomfortable or disorientating events can be the basis for professional, personal, emotional and spiritual learning and transformation.  My understanding comes through personal experience and from studies in supervisory practice, teaching theory, theology, various nursing strands and science. I am enthusiastic about working with people who are keen to learn about their own practice, who desire personal and professional understanding, and who expect their supervisor to accompany them on that journey. I welcome and am comfortable with diversity and challenge. I currently work with practitioners from homelessness, domestic violence, aboriginal support, pastoral practice, ministerial roles, medicine, allied health, corporate roles, education and nursing practice, either in individual or peer group supervision.

Ian is an experienced and accredited Pastor and he has held denominational leadership roles in church health/development, consultancy training/supervision and a tertiary research position with NCLS Research. Ian has been supervising pastors, chaplains and denominational leaders across denominations for 6 years, usually online, and seeks to provide a safe space to reflect on and hone the practice of ministry and all that connects with in personal well-being. Ian also serves as an Interim/Intentional Interim Pastor, Mentor, Consultant, Author (including 'The Impact of Church Consultancy') and Trainer. Ian specialises in personal and organisational transitions, clarity around gifts/call, personal growth pathways, self care/burnout and conflict. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Pastoral Supervision (St Marks), is a Supervisor member of AAOS, and is an authorised Pastoral Supervisor with multiple denominations.

Lynette is an experienced person-centred supervisor with a focus on spiritual care. Lynette has taught and supervised for ten plus years in the Wellspring Ecumenical Spirituality Centre: ‘Art of Spiritual Direction’ formation program. Lynette is engaged in PhD research at La Trobe University relating to ‘Supervision with a contemplative stance’ and has published and led workshops internationally and locally on spiritual care supervision. Lynette has completed 'The Wheel of Supervision I and II' training through Centre for Existential Practice.

I offer supervision of pastoral and clinical practice in Bendigo, Vic. I have sixteen years experience in UK and Australia. I work with lay and ordained ministers and chaplains in various Christian denominations and settings. My clinical practice welcomes pre and post qualified counsellors as well those with substantial experience. Available for group supervision and consulting. Christian spiritual direction is also offered. Zoom and skype sessions are available.
