Sarah Balogh Recognised Supervisor Sarah is a warm and collaborative Supervisor. She is also a Counselling Psychologist (with 20 years experience). She runs her own Supervision Practice (sarahbalogh.net) and also works as the Head of Pastoral Supervision at Moore Theological College's Centre for Ministry Development. Sarah and her family have also been involved in Christian Ministry for 14 years and are dedicated to supporting those who work in ministry environments. She has 12 years of experience in supervision. Kate has been an ordained Anglican minister since 2012. She has worked in rural, regional and capital city contexts, serving in both local church ministries and in chaplaincy settings such as prisons and hospitals. Currently, she is on the faculty of Ridley College, where she teaches Professional Supervision to ministry workers and support the formation of future ordination candidates. Kate completed a master's dissertation on pastoral supervision in intercultural contexts in 2019. The fruit of that research was the development of The Territory Yarning Map: a model of pastoral supervision specifically developed for Aboriginal ministers in fourth world contexts. Having lived and ministered in the NT for over a decade, she now resides in Melbourne. Kate is passionate about seeing ministers receive safe and meaningful supervision that encourages them to thrive in ministry. She currently provides supervision for groups and individuals, in person, and online or by telephone. 

I have held various senior leadership and ministry roles in the Uniting Church over a long time and have worked as a counsellor and leader /educator in the not for profit and adult education sector in a wide variety of settings before ministry.  I am also a trained Consultant and (Circles of Trust) Facilitator. Three decades in full-time pastoral ministry have equipped me with a broad and rich experience in most aspects of vocational ministry, a deep compassion for people and an evolved understanding of the unique nature of this work. I hold a Graduate Certificate in Professional Pastoral Supervision from St Mark’s National Theological Centre and have over 5 years’ experience as a Professional Pastoral Supervisor. I am dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming space for people in vocational ministry to reflect on particular aspects of their work within theological, ethical and professional frameworks, to positively influence future practice. I am committed to providing supervisees with the best supervision experience possible and engage in regular professional development to further enhance and hone my professional supervision skills. I currently work as a counselling supervisor in private practice and as an arts therapy education supervisor, therapist, educator and group facilitator. Denise, a Supervisor and Spiritual Director, accompanies Ministers of Religion, Church workers, School personnel, Pastoral Workers and Spiritual Directors offering a reflective, safe and creative environment. Since 2012 Geoff has taught and trained students in Professional Supervision at Graduate Certificate and Masters of Arts level. He also has extensive pastoral supervision experience of candidates for Anglican ordination.

As a CPE supervisor since 2008, I have enjoyed accompanying individuals and groups as they reflect on their ministry, improve their pastoral practice and grow in self-compassion. Jo is passionate about accompanying people as they work alongside others and offers a safe, reflective and creative environment for this purpose. Jo is an accredited Supervisor with AAOS, holds a Masters in Counselling, and is a qualified Spiritual Director. She has been involved in pastoral ministry for over 30 years, and for 8 years has been offering professional supervision and spiritual direction. As a professional member of ACA and ANZACATA I provide supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists, art therapists, allied health workers and practitioners in educational and other support roles. Peter has more than 15 years’ clinical experience working in couple and family contexts, as well with children and adolescents. Peter offers support in relationship, grief & loss, substance misuse and emotion regulation. Peter works within a trauma-informed framework, and supports people who have experienced trauma and distress in their many forms. Peter is an experienced clinical supervisor of clinicians working in relationship, education, trauma, child-protection and professional standards contexts. Peter holds a Graduate Diploma of Counselling and a Master of Counselling. He is currently taking appointments for therapy and supervision.
