Kate has been an ordained Anglican minister since 2012. She has worked in rural, regional and capital city contexts, serving in both local church ministries and in chaplaincy settings such as prisons and hospitals. Currently, she is on the faculty of Ridley College, where she teaches Professional Supervision to ministry workers and support the formation of future ordination candidates. Kate completed a master's dissertation on pastoral supervision in intercultural contexts in 2019. The fruit of that research was the development of The Territory Yarning Map: a model of pastoral supervision specifically developed for Aboriginal ministers in fourth world contexts. Having lived and ministered in the NT for over a decade, she now resides in Melbourne.
