I am passionate about people flourishing in their professional and personal lives. Supervision is ‘the’ place where you can discover new transformational insights about your work situation and self. My practice is creative, collaborative, supportive and reflective and what you ‘choose to explore’ will be treated with respect.
I bring experience from Corporate and Luxury Sales, 17 years as Chaplain to sports communities, LGBTQA, industry and the health sector, also, more than 35 years of Church leadership, pastoral care, children's programs and am an Ordained Minister. I gained lived experiential insight from these roles; how a person’s work-role can create attitudes and questions; inducing both positive and negative feelings such as ‘being alone and unsupported’ to ‘being recognised and acclaimed’.

Since 2018 I have been a Program Director at dreambuilders centre4change working with people in crisis using person-centred and trauma-informed processwork to create a safe, reflective, holistic space in which to heal. I now bring these skills and talents to the supervision space providing supervision for case workers and pastoral carers. To help with this I use creative ways to open up the space as well as the traditional methodologies. I encourage people to explore and discover more about themselves and how they engage in ministry, in life and with others.
I have done this for most of my life and now I can do it with a capital S because I am an accredited Supervisor with AAOS and a certified Root Cause Therapist. My heart is for everyone to live their authentic lives and to be the best they can be, including you.
I work face-to-face with people in the Wyndham area, and on-line with others further afield.

To be involved in pastoral ministry is to be involved in dynamic, rewarding work. It is also very demanding. Within the context of a safe and trusting supervisory relationship, the process of regular supervision offers space for growth, sustainability and energy. Supervision brings perspective on both your work and yourself within that context. I see supervision as creating intentional conversations that move us towards the integration of purpose, values, identity and faith. My formal qualifications include a Diploma of Christian Counselling, a Master of Counselling & Human Services and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision. I have enjoyed many years of leadership in student, women’s & pastoral church-based ministries, counselling, secondary school chaplaincy, hospital pastoral care and clergy wives support. I have long held a deep call to ministry involving the care and growth of others and as a supervisor, I would be excited to partner with you.
