Tania provides ministry supervision for people who are engaged in senior leadership of churches and Christian ministry organisations. She has deep ministry, organisational culture, strategy and governance experience.

Jenni has had working experience in outdoor education, ordained parish ministry, missionary service and hospital chaplaincy. Jenni is an accredited supervisor with Australian Association of Supervisors. In a safe environment, she enjoys encouraging people to grow in their own awareness which can inform, enhance and transform one’s practise. Having spent many years in pastoral ministry, Jenni is always learning and believes we all have the potential to transform our ministries through reflection and prayer. Jenni offers supervision on-line, face to face and small groups, in the Ipswich and Scenic Rim area.

I was a Lutheran minister for over 40 years in various ministry, chaplaincy and leadership contexts. During this time I have experienced the benefits of ongoing learning, reflection on ministry practice, and the supportive care of pastoral supervision. I have been accredited as a AAOS Supervisor since 2010, providing a reflective space for people in their ministry practice. I offer pastoral supervision for those in ministry contexts, whether church settings, hospital and school chaplaincy, church and other leadership positions, and do this in either face-to-face settings or via Zoom or Skype. I enjoy the privilege of entering the world of the supervisee, life-long learning, and integration of theology and practice. 

I bring 25+ years experience in pastoral counselling & education, supervision and management in health care, community service and ministry settings. I offer individual and group supervision and training in supervision utilising transformative learning modalities, drawing upon my experience of intersubjectivity, self-psychology and a MA in Creative arts therapy. I believe reflection on our practice through regular supervision is essential for clarity of focus, effective practice, professional development and self care and I am passionate about facilitating deeper personal integration. I offer SKYPE supervision sessions if required & regional sessions by negotiation.

As a supervisor I provide a space to ensure you are accountable to the personal and professional standards of your profession. In this space we can explore and consider what is working for you and what is holding you back. I've come to supervision from a Clinical and Pastoral background - loving both the science and the mystery of this work.

Morris has a Bachelor’s in Applied Social Science and a graduate certificate in Clinical and Pastoral Supervision. After three decades as a Minister in the ACC Morris now focuses on Counselling and Professional Pastoral/Clinical Supervision. With varied experience in Church life and not-for-profits from youth ministry, chaplaincy through to chairman of boards; I have found that my experience across many ministry settings equips me to understand and support people in ministry whatever their context.

I brought a background in secondary teaching and an interest in cultural and spiritual diversity to my pastoral care and supervisory training. Prior to 24 years in health care and Clinical Pastoral Education as Director of Pastoral Care & Education in a large tertiary healthcare service, I had over four years experience in pastoral care and administration in a church context. My supervision clients include pastoral/spiritual care workers, school, university, health, prison and aged care chaplains, clergy, spiritual directors, supervisors, and supervisor-educators within Victoria, interstate and New Zealand. Supervision can be undertaken via skype or phone contact as well as in person. I am passionate about supervision which facilitates transformation within all levels of the supervisory process from the supervisor to supervisee's clients.

Sue brings decades of experience as a Spiritual Director/Mentor and more recently as a Professional Supervisor. Sue's formal training includes Spiritual Direction, Mentor Equipping, MA in Christian Spirituality, TAE Training & Assessment, IFS (Internal Family Systems) Level 1 Practitioner & Grad Cert in Professional Supervision through St Marks. Sue holds a great interest in deepening spiritual formation awareness, having held the position as Associate Dean of Formation with Australian College of Ministries as well as working with Christian pastors and leaders developing spiritual reflection through her two year residential intensive training courses with Fresh Hope Churches of Christ. Her strength is in fostering Christian spiritual practices that underpin depth and strength in the workplace. Sue is also a seasoned Enneagram teacher. For Supervision, she welcomes Spiritual Directors, Pastors, Chaplains, Mentors and Christian Professionals who seek to explore their work life and the various invitations that arise on a vocational and spiritual level. Sue uses zoom as her main platform for offering Supervision nationally and is available for F2F sessions in Tasmania. Sue's Supervision practice offers her clients a residence for quiet retreat on the north coast of Tasmania for those who seek spiritual retreat.

Dirk has over 30 years of pastoral ministry experience behind him before going into private practice as a counsellor and professional/pastoral supervisor. He is also a member the the ACA College of Supervisors, qualified for group and individual supervision using the RISE-UP model. Specialising in the supervision support provided for clergy/ministers, college principals, clinical professionals, chaplaincy and care providers. Dirk is a director of the 'Living Well Counselling Group' located in Toowoomba which enables shared/referred counselling according to required needs. He has been a presenter on the topic of 'recovery from Narcissistic abuse in the workplace' which has assisted several clients to move beyond their traumatic experiences
