Sally is passionate about facilitating a positive difference in other people’s lives and improving opportunities in regional areas. She brings 12 years’ experience as a PACFA registered clinical counsellor and 5 years as a PACFA accredited supervisor. Sally works in private practice with individuals and couples to address anxiety and depression, bereavement, grief and loss, relationship, stress management and work related issues using mindfulness-based therapies. This includes EAP and critical incident support services and educational workshops. Sally graduated in Counselling from the University of Notre Dame Australia in 2004 and from The School for The Work of Byron Katie in 1999. She has also trained with the International Systemic Constellations Association in Germany to conduct family constellations. A certified facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie (Inquiry Based Stress Reduction), Sally has been an active mentor and trainer with the Institute for The Work of Byron Katie for 14 years.

Drawing on a diverse ministry experience including parish pastoral work, counselling, clinical social work in health settings, and spiritual mentoring, Damien’s contemplative approach to pastoral supervision encourages reflection and self-understanding to assist the supervisee tap into their own wisdom for discerning ongoing growth opportunities. Supervision is offered in a trusting and confidential setting either by zoom or in person. The supervision process enhances self- awareness and accompaniment to the supervisee in their unique personal and professional journey, in a way that is different to pastoral counselling or spiritual direction. Currently, Damien works as a pastoral supervisor at The Carmelite Centre Melbourne and in his own practice and is experienced in both group and individual supervision.

Diana practices in analytical psychotherapy having trained at the Churchill Clinic in WA. She has been in private practice in the SW of WA since 1996, an AAOS supervisor since 2003 and a PACFA accredited mental health practitioner since 2012. Diana supervises across a range of modes of working including counselling, psychotherapy, art therapy, relationship counselling, mental ill health, for those in private practice and those who work in agencies. 

Paul is a Recognised Supervisor with Chaplaincy Australia and a Supervisor-Trainer (AAOS). He is Lecturer in Chaplaincy and Spiritual Care at Morling College and Practicum Coordinator for the Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision. Previous to this, Paul developed extensive Chaplaincy; Chaplaincy Supervision and training experience of over 16 years for a leading aged care provider in Dementia and Palliative Care. Paul brings into his Pastoral Supervision diverse skills from his careers in Nursing, Pastoral Ministry, Chaplaincy, Counselling and Pastoral Supervision and draws on these in his work building mutual trust, confidential support, and reflection upon practice for Chaplains and Pastoral Carers.

Margaret has been working as a Pastoral Practitioner for more than 15 years and has extensive pastoral experience in community, ministries, hospital and aged care chaplaincy (palliative care). Her qualifications include: Post Graduate Diploma of Counselling and Clinical Pastoral Education (Mental Health), Pastoral Counselling, Parish Ministry, Dip. Management, Team Leadership. Margaret is a Pastoral Supervisor and is a member of AAOS and Transforming Practices. I believe when people are listened to well, they feel understood, then openness of heart and mind helps them hear themselves at a deeper level. My approach is to provide a safe space with deep listening to allow personal insights to be heard, explored and developed. Supervisees are then enabled to draw on their own strengths to discern the way forward with greater freedom and confidence.

I will help you reveal, restore, and reconcile any aspects of your divided self in the context of your ministry/work life. I provide a reflective, safe, and compassionate space for you to partner with God in the hopeful journey towards integration.

Elizabeth specialises in supervision for those in aged care. Elizabeth’s supervision is strengths-based, safe and supportive. Qualifications: Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision, Bachelor & Master of Education in Adult Education; Master of Business Administration Master of Arts (Ageing and Pastoral Studies). Elizabeth's experience includes Operation Manager, Aged Care Quality Agency; Project Manager/Researcher for the National Guidelines on Spiritual Care in aged care.
