I have been supervising for about 10 years and offer supervision face to face and by skype. I currently supervise other counsellors, student counsellors, chaplains and pastors. I use a person-centred approach where my supervisee is the one who controls the content of the session. My role is to facilitate the process.

Margot has over 30 years’ experience in pastoral ministry and senior leadership and has widespread involvement in the Pastoral Care Team at the Calvary Mater Hospital in Newcastle. Margot is a qualified Professional Supervisor (Clinical/Pastoral) and recognised Chaplaincy Australia Supervisor. She has training in Chaplaincy, Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE), Coaching, Community Services and Counselling. Dave is a Christian pastor, married with 4 adult children. He has experience as a church planter, team leader, trainer, senior pastor, mentor, and pastoral supervisor. Dave offers supervision face to face and online. His main area of focus is supervising pastoral staff.

Anne has had extensive experience in education and adult learning. Adam has been supervising for over 12 years. He is a Director of Centre for Existential Practice which offers training for supervisors. Adam is an Existential Psychotherapist and has over 30 years experience of working with people.Adam offers supervision individually and for teams and groups. He utilises an Existentially-informed approach that is holistic and respects the approaches of other modalities.

I bring more than 45 years of experience as a professional in the health and education sectors to my supervision practice. My supervisees have included teachers, health professionals, medical professionals, counsellors, ministers and chaplains. Bernie trained in supervision and in spiritual direction after twenty years of computer consulting and business management and has a special interest in formation of apostolic leadership and applying the concepts of Ignatian Spirituality to Organizational Development. Bernadette completed PhD research in 2018 which explores the contribution spiritual direction in the Ignatian tradition can make to leadership and organisational development. She is currently a Post Graduate Researcher with Stirling College at the University of Divinity. Her book Strengthening Spirit – Releasing Potential: Spiritual direction for Leadership and Organizational Development is now available.

I have worked in youth and congregational ministry, theological education, clergy formation, retreat leader formation, and aged care chaplaincy. I facilitate peer supervision groups and conduct individual supervision in person and online. I have a Master of Ministry degree (CSU), a PhD in group reflective practice (University of Canberra), and a Diploma of Cross Professional Supervision (IPSRP). I live on the Gold Coast in Queensland, where I conduct a successful Clinical Counselling, Family Therapy and Supervision Private Practice. I have over 20 years’ experience as a counsellor and family therapist and have conducted over 20,000 hours of individual, couple counselling, family therapy, and professional clinical supervision. I have practiced as a counselling and pastoral supervisor for over 10 years. I teach supervision at a Bachelor and Graduate Certificate level for ACOM and deliver the Rise Up supervision training course for CCC, where I am the director of training and supervision. I also write supervision course material and have studied and delivered material on supervision of supervision, the subject of my recent thesis with Stirling. I also work for aifc in the supervision space for vocational training and assessing. Tim is a Christian Brother and is available to facilitate individuals and groups in reflection of their ministry. He also works as a spiritual director and is happy to provide pastoral supervision for those working in Church sponsored ministries, be it hospital, schools, outreach entities. Tim works at Heart of Life Spirituality Centre Box Hill and Campion Spirituality and is open to travelling to ministry sites to provide supervision. Tim is currently National Chair of the Conference of Spiritual Directors Australia.

Colleen has been in Private Practice as a Counsellor/Family Therapist for 18 years presently specializing in couples relationships. Her background includes numerous roles in NGO (The Salvation Army(including housing, mental health, drug and alcohol), Ordained Ministry (The Salvation Army) and Funeral Chaplaincy (Tuckers Funerals). Colleen's supervision model is flexible and inclusive of the supervisee's experience and preferred model.

Rod has been in Christian ministry for over 30 years with experience in ordained and lay ministry roles, together with cross cultural experience with students in Europe.

I have spent much time in teaching, chaplaincy, psycho education group work in parenting, grief, divorce and anger management. My PhD research was in the area of Children's Spirituality and prayer. In Counselling and Supervision I use a wide range of therapy models: psychodynamic, person centred, narrative, body focus and creative arts- the aim is to develop understanding and empowerment. From Theological training and long involvement in Christian Ministry my recent emphasis is in Professional Supervision for Christian Ministers and Pastors.
