Catherine has 20 years of experience as a congregational minister. She is a spiritual director, lecturer in Spiritual Formation at the University of Divinity & has extensive experience as a pastoral supervisor. In addition, Catherine has an undergraduate degree in Nursing; she takes a wholistic view of well-being and formation.

Louise is a qualified Professional Supervisor and member of the Australasian Association of Supervision (AAOS). Completing Grad Cert in Professional Supervision in 2016. She has over 15 years experience in ministry, leadership, coaching, community engagement across church, community and education sectors. She also has experience as a school Chaplain. She is passionate about supporting and strengthening the well-being, development and practice of those working with people in ministry, leadership, chaplaincy and education settings.
