Lynette is a Professional Supervisor (Pastoral), Professional Mentor, Pastoral Consultant and Registered Nurse. Lynette brings 16+ years in nursing and 14+ years in various pastoral ministry roles across 3 denominations, supported by qualifications in Health, and a Bachelor of Theology (ACT), a Graduate Certificate Professional Supervision (Pastoral) and a Graduate Certificate of Theology (ACT).

Pastoral ministry commenced in 1995 at Westview Baptist, Doonside. Having completed a Bachelor of Ministries and Diploma of Theology, I later attained a MA (Theology) at Morling College. I have serving twice on the Committee for Ministry facilitated the accreditation of Baptist Ministers, concluding the last 4 years as Chair. After two decades in church ministry, I felt called by God to work in the area of Church Health with Greater West for Christ (GWFC) in 2016. During this time with GWFC, I served in four Baptist churches in the region as a transitional and intentional interim pastor, seeking to clarify vision, purpose, mission, and values, preparing the church for the next era and assisting the calling of a new pastor. I continue my work in Church Health and seek to foster prayer, unity and mission among Blacktown Churches with “One Heart Blacktown” across the denominations.

Dr John Capper, Professional Life Supervision. Specialising in supervision of pastoral leaders, board members and educators, John is an ordained Anglican whose focus has been on local church and tertiary and secondary education leadership and governance for over 30 years. John provides online supervision for individuals. 

Rob is Co-Partner in private practice in the Sutherland Shire. He works using a variety of approaches but predominantly, a Transactional Analysis approach. He is particularly interested in the therapeutic relationship and how it helps transform and heal individuals. Over the 16 years Rob enjoys creating a safe space whilst journeying with individuals and especially couples to discover, deepen and share their authentic relationships. Recently Rob has furthered his study, with the primary focus on relationships, studying the Gottman methods, including 'Lets Talk Infidelity' by Master Gottman trainers in Australia. Rob has supervised clinicians, clergy and student counsellors over the past 5 years

My background in nursing, midwifery, health and aged care led me into my current ministries of spiritual direction, lecturing and the practice of pastoral supervision, facilitation and leadership development. Each person has the capacity to bring to birth the person s/he is becoming through reflexive practice. 

Sharon has a Master of Arts in Chaplaincy and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision (Pastoral). She is a member of the AAOS Australian Assoc of Professional Supervisors and Centre for Clinical Pastoral Education (NSW) and a chaplain with Chaplaincy Australia. She is passionate about supporting individuals and groups to develop their personal and professional potential. She brings an empathic approach to her practice having worked as an aged care chaplain for the past 12 years. Virginia is a qualified pastoral supervisor, chaplain, psychologist, counsellor and psychotherapist. She has over 20 years of experience in providing pastoral care in different settings including churches, hospitals, educational institutes and community services. In recent years she started supporting ministers and leaders at churches, theological College and the Defence Force by offering professional pastoral supervision. She is keen on accompanying people to engage in a safe, caring, supportive, spiritual and self-aware reflective practice in their ministry work, personal well-being and development.

Tania holds a BRes(Hons), BA SocSci, Bachelor Social Work, Cert IV TAE, Cert Supervision, is credentialed as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AASW) and Supervisor-Trainer (AAOS), with 25+ years’ experience as a bi-lingual and bi-cultural practitioner with diverse populations across the lifespan, in public/private sectors across a range of issues: Aged, Disability, Carers’ Issues, Grief & Loss, Trauma, Homelessness, Mental Health, Settlement & Migration Issues, Death & Dying, Bereavement, Chronic Illness, Homelessness, End of Life/Palliative Care, Degenerative Illness, Women's Health , Family Violence, Community Development, 18+ years in Higher Education, Social Work Field Education, and Social Work Professional Supervision: Individual and Organisational. Practice approach underpinned by existential therapies, with strong understanding of theories/frameworks from psycho-dynamic to structuralist and the integration into practice.

Ray Clifton is currently the Deputy Director of Formation for the Anglican Church Southern Queensland and has served in Anglican parishes as well as Hospital Chaplaincy and more recently, Spiritual and Pastoral Care Manager – Anglicare Southern Queensland. Ray is currently a Certified Advanced Member of Spiritual Care Australia and an accredited Supervisor with AAOS. He holds a Master of Religious Education and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision (Pastoral). Ray has supervised pastoral care workers for over 8 years and experience in Group Supervision with people in ministry since 2020. He also has a passion for supporting Lay and Ordained ministries through pastoral supervision and theological reflection on ministry.  Dr. John Francis Collins is a Deacon for the Diocese of Parramatta. John offers pastoral supervision for Catholic and Protestant Clergy and lay pastoral personnel who work in a variety of ministries. John has a keen understanding of the differences between pastoral supervision, spiritual direction and counselling and a deep appreciation of the culture, mission, and Law of the Catholic Church. John draws on a broad range of theoretical frameworks, including, classic and contemporary psychoanalytic theory. John is trained and experienced in the practice of both individual and group supervision. The current work in Pastoral Supervision builds on 30 years working in the fields of Marriage and Relationship Education, Pastoral and Theological Education and includes conducting specific systematic group programs with men. I am available to meet face to face at Quakers Hill and by telephone or Skype with supervisees living outside Sydney. I offer both individual and small group supervision. I enjoy including creative modalities in my practice. As a supervisor most of my experience has been with chaplains, clergy and case workers. Having lived in Asia and the Middle East I have an interest in supporting people working in multi cultural situations

Allen is an experienced professional pastoral supervisor and a teacher to theological students. With a Master’s degree in Chaplaincy, a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision and 30 years in ministry—16 as a chaplain and supervisor with Anglicare—Allen provides individual and group supervision to pastors, chaplains, pastoral carers, theological students as well as to those who may supervise others. Allen supports those in helping professions to fully develop their ministry skills in a confidential, safe and non-judgmental place, encouraging their transformational learning and self-care, either face-to-face or with Skype. 

I am an ordained Minister of the Uniting Church in Australia (UCA). I have served in two rural Parishes, as a Presbytery Minister - a regional role providing pastoral support to Ministers and Lay leaders along with strategic thinking, and as the General Secretary for the National Assembly of the UCA. I have extensive ecumenical, international, and cross-cultural exposure and relationships. I have found that my experience across many ministry settings equips me to understand and support people in ministry whatever their context. For over 5 years I have developed an extensive ministry in providing Professional Supervision to Ministers and lay leaders across the country. Most of my sessions are delivered by Zoom. I meet in person when possible from a base on the Far South Coast of NSW. In addition, I am a nationally accredited mediator and a published author and teacher on consensus-based discernment across Australia and internationally.

For almost 30 years I have been involved in providing leaders in diverse contexts with the support and resources they need to keep going and growing. My focus and goal is to see leaders de-isolated, re-humanised, aligned, encouraged, and consistently developing personally and professionally. My Supervision integrates formal training in theology, education, coaching, business, counselling and mentoring. I also draw on a rich cross-cultural and cross-denominational experience to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and contexts. David has over 40 years of pastoral experience (Anglican and Independent). He has lived and worked in both country and city environments, suburban churches and in church planting. He brings to his pastoral supervision skills his training and experience dealing with conflict, and his experience in mentoring, all of which deepens and adds value to the supervision experience. David also likes to bring the Scriptures into supervision where it seems relevant. David works with a wide range of protestant denominations. David works both in-person and by Zoom. David is married to Noreen. We have four daughters and five grandchildren.

Marianne is passionate about creating safe spaces for honest reflection on practice, that leads to growth, transformation, and renewed hope. As a supervisor member of Australasian Association of Supervision (AAOS), she specialises working primarily with women, pastors, chaplains, and pastoral carers. Her qualifications and experience are in the areas of nursing, counselling, and formation training and has been in the roles of Pastor and Senior Chaplain. I've had extensive experience in a variety of ministries. As a Defence Force chaplain for over 16 years I served in many parts of Australia as well as active service in the Middle East and Timor Leste. Subsequently I've ministered in hospitals, schools and parishes, and held executive roles in different organisations. My experience is that pastoral supervision has been important personally in helping me to flourish in work which has been spiritually, professionally and emotionally challenging, particularly when I've been part of a ministry team or have held leadership positions. I look forward to supporting others to flourish in their ministries.
