My supervision facilitates transformational learning in a supportive Christian context. Supervisees are invited to engage with learning opportunities that emerge from intentional reflection on pastoral practice in a safe environment. My practice is underpinned by an evangelical biblical perspective and influenced by the principles of adult learning espoused by Honey and Mumford, and the theology of Brueggemann and Moltmann.

Annette has a background in education, counselling, community development, governance and leadership and currently works as a professional supervisor, spiritual director, hospital chaplain and facilitator. She enjoys accompanying professionals in any field but has a special interest in educational leadership and pastoral ministry. She works both online or in person in the Rockhampton Region of Qld. 

I am a Coptic Orthodox Priest. Married with 2 adult children. I have 30 years of pastoral care and ministry experience. I have a masters in Counselling from Monash University, study in family therapy. I believe in the potential, inner strength and resilience that individuals have. I am passionate about taking care of the carer. Giving supervision to clergy and pastoral care workers. Available for individual and group supervision via zoom, skype, phone or face-to-face. Live in Officer, SE Melbourne
